RED DEER

The City of Red Deer is centrally located between Calgary and Edmonton on Highway 2.  Red Deer’s population in 2021 was 100,844.  Key industries include health care, retail trade, construction, oil and gas, hospitality, manufacturing, and education.   Red Deer has all the amenities you need: great school systems ( 23 Public Schools ranging from Pre-K to grade 12 and 15 Catholic Schools ranging from Pre-K to Grade 12 ).  As well there is the Red Deer Polytechnic, ( Former Red Deer College ) Red Deer School of Business, MC College, and Delmar College.  Red Deer has well-equipped hospitals and health centers.  There are 19 major chain restaurants and 5 shopping malls.  There are many parks and miles of biking and hiking trails.
